Lucky, played by the late great Harry Dean Stanton, mocks Howard, played by David Lynch, for feeling bad he’s lost his pet tortoise President Roosevelt. He then rips his lawyer a new one for assisting Howard in leaving all his money to the pet. David Lynch then knocks it out of the park.
